Services
We welcome new patients to our practice. Please call us at our office to make an appointment. Your first visit to the office requires a lot of administrative time. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to allow for this process. You can also save time by printing and completing the New Patient form from our website. If you are transferring from another pediatric office and your child had a significant past medical history, we will need to review your child’s medical records. Please contact your current physician and ask for a copy of medical records. It is important that we have at least your child’s vaccination history prior to your first scheduled visit at our practice.

Patient Care
If your child has been referred to see a specialist and you are calling for a referral, you will be transferred to a referral line. You will need to speak clearly leaving the child’s first and last name, date of birth, your phone number, the physician’s name your child is going to see, the reason your child is seeing a specialist and the appointment date and time. Someone will contact you within 72 hours. Once you see the specialist you was referred to, we will update that referral as needed for one year. If we did not refer you to a specialist or you have not been seen in our office for more than six months you may need to make an appointment before a referral can be approved.

We now offer a fast track service for illness recheck appointments, as well as ADHD medication check ups and refills. These visits are set up to be brief visits with a very short wait time.
However, in order to keep our wait time short for everyone in fast track, we will only be able to address the issue that you are rechecking for. If your child is still ill or your feel a new issue has come up that you would like to discuss with a provider, please schedule your child's appointment during a regular appointment slot offered at the time most convenient for you.
Please call our office with any questions about fast track or to schedule your appointment.
